The only reason this hotel was less than perfect is the lack of adjoining rooms or any suites or real hospitality suite. The sales manager, Tara, was awesome from Day 1, was flexible with the buffet menu and cocktail hour food, room block and pricing. and the banquet manager, Loretta and her team did a terrific job with set up and clean up and accommodated many requests to reconfigure spaces, convert hotel rooms to hospitality rooms, and accept some walk ins without reservations. The ballroom looked beautiful with their good light enhanced net ceiling drapes, our decorations and enhanced up lights, Front desk and catering and other personnel all aimed to please. I highly recommend this venue and staff for any serious event.

Stars, Loretta and everyone from Front Desk to Catering to housekeeping delivered 110% and accommodated our every need. Delicious food, beautifully set up ballroom and flexible with our menu and decorating desires. I definitely recommend this hotel for group functions. The only reason I gave it a four not a five is because there are no adjoining rooms or suites suitable for a hospitality suite. We had to rent out two regular hotel rooms across the hall from each other, have them emptied as possible and furnished with hi top tables and chairs.
