Property Description

We are a small charming resort style Motel. 10 units only. Very quiet but near beach, shops, restaurants and Paraparaumu Golf Club. We have a new big kids playground. Pets are NOT allowed. The studio's have a kitchenette (toaster, microwave, electric plate (2)); the Villa's full kitchens including oven. We have more as 50 SKY TV channels, including Sports and Movies. WiFi is fast and complementary. Choice of complementary coffee and tea in the room. Coin operated laundry facilities. Plenty of space available for parking of boats, trailers, buses and trucks. Meeting/Congress/banquet facilities opposite the motel, on the other side of the street. 5 units with facilities for disabled people. The units are strictly non smorking, but smoking is allowed in the patio's of the units. The staff speaks fluent English, Dutch, French and Mandarin, with good notions of Italian, German and Spanish. We are known as the cleanest motel around. And we are the No 1 choice when locals look for temporary accommodation for their family and friends.

Our cleaning products are Eco We try to limit as much as possible the amount of pages to print + we reuse printed pages as much as possible We recycle glass, tins, paper and cardboard Open milk bottles are not throw away but used as fertilizer in our garden

Airport & Shuttle Information

Walking distance to Kapiti Airport. But even if near the airport we are really quiet. We have only a few flights a day + we are not located on the same axis as the runway but aside of it. Wellington Airport is around 1 h drive from the motel.

Local Shuttle Info: we have buses to Paraparaumu Station with train to Wellington and Palmerston North (Auckland)
