The rooms were very spacious. The check out process was a little prolonged and the girl behind the desk seemed annoyed bc they couldn't pull up the information for how many days my finace/husband had parked his car (which I told her was one night). Otherwise they were excellent. They even had someone come and help me get out of my wedding dress bc my husband couldn't figure it out.

"Pretty hotel but customer service wasn't up to par."

Overall, we really liked the hotel. The sales manager was great when we first met her. She showed us around the hotel, worked with us for the room block we wanted, gave us a goodie bag, etc. However, the overall customer service was sub par. The hotel couldn't guarantee an early check in until the day of, which seemed odd. We told them we were staying there for our wedding and that we would like to check in early, but they couldn't guarantee anything. Luckily, we went to the hotel early the day of check in and they let us check in early (but it wasn't ideal). We also asked for a late check out a few weeks before check in and they told us they couldn't guarantee anything until we checked in. So, when we checked in, we asked for a late check out and we were told we had to call the morning of check out to see if we could check out late. We called the morning of check out and were told that we wouldn't check out late. It was just a weird and uncommon experience. The hotel itself was nice though. Nice decorations, comfortable bed, big shower, etc.

This is a great hotel in a very convenient location, close to the Quarter but not enough to make it very noisy. The hotel rooms are very nice and clean.

"Excellent rooms (valet parking needs help)."

The rooms and the staff were absolutely excellent and beautiful. I was 100% happy with everything inside completely beautiful, super clean, etc. and so amazing! My only complaint is that the valet parking was a mess. They said it would take 10 minutes and it took 30 minutes. Or the car would be there but no one would be there to give me the keys. If I went back, I would probably try to find a different option other than valet parking.
