Oaks Broome is located in “Old Broome” approximately 2km from the Town centre which is about a 15- 20 minute walk. The Town Bus stop is located just near reception (1 minute walk) and run on the half hour into town (5 mins) and then on to Cable Beach (30 mins). Town Beach is located 300m from reception and is the location for the natural phenomenon “Staircase to the Moon” which occurs on the rise of the full moon across the tidal flats of Roebuck Bay. There is also a café there that is open from May to October. Night Markets are also held at Town Beach in conjunction with the Staircase to the Moon. Onsite Restaurant Café Bar, 1861 is open daily serving Breakfast and Dinner, with your choice of dining Al Fresco on the deck overlooking the swimming pool or inside in air conditioned comfort. There is also a supermarket, liquor store, chemist, dentist, souvenir shop and Broome Museum located 2 minutes from reception. This is where the town bus stop is located.
