We're probably gonna start looking for different hotels to stay in we stayed in one just a couple weeks ago and it was a bad experience as well that we tried this one and it was worse than the last one so I don't know what to tell you except it was very bad.

When arriving in our room it smelled so bad. We looked at pics online and it is nothing like it is in the person. After complaining they sent housekeeping to our room and did a five minute cleaning. The floors was so bad our children's feet were black and my white socks were black. Even after taking pics and showing to manager he sent them back again and came with them. He seen how bad the room was and said because of Corona they didn't change sheets but you would think that they would change them more often. Because of Corona the rooms should of been sterilized. As I was talking to the manager up front there were other people complaining about their rooms too. If at all you can avoid staying here I would even if I had to put off my vacation. I made sure I brought everything home and threw them in the dryer to make sure no bugs came home with me. I have been in hotels before and never had this much trouble with staying in a room.

Our room was really expensive and the quality of the room doesn't reflect the money spent. Parking is also a nightmare!

This is a good hotel with restaurants and attractions at a walking distance. The entry to smoky mountains is also not very far by car.

The beds had questionable stains, the shower had pitifully patched holes, the coffee maker didnt have the basket for the grounds, the entire property was trashy. The employees were nice though.

My room was clean and adequately maintained. I just needed a place to keep my stuff while I went day hiking. It is in a convenient location with a good restaurant next store. Good place to stay for a couple nights or more!

Room should have been nicer for the money that's being charged. Room was small as well for the price. I stayed the night before in another Motel that was so much nicer for Half the price. They were booked up is why I stayed at the Days Inn. Stayed at other Days Inns in the past that was much nicer and worth the Money.

I booked a smoking room and if I wouldn't have called the desk and ask if it was a non-smoking room, I would have been billed extra for smoking. Not very happy with the service for the price I paid for a smoking and got a non-smoking.
