Check in was a breeze. They already had my reservation from HotelPlanner.com and didn't need my passport to check in since this is my second time booking. The receptionist is very fluent in English and has five star customer service. The room was clean, comfortable. The free breakfast was excellent. The bathrooms are clean and modern. I go a great nights sleep, as the beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend! When I am traveling through Sofia, this is my go to hotel!

My check in experience was very professional. Similar to a luxury hotel. The front desk offered local dining recommendations and complimentary refreshments. The breakfast was great and a perfect way to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel if you're in Sofia. Getting here from the airport was easy using Google maps to find the best route on public transit. I was dropped off in front of the building!

Best Western Terminus Hotel is the newest hotel in Sofia. The hotel is located next to Central Railway Station and Central Bus Station and its about 15-20 minutes walking distance to the Center of Sofia. Sofia Airport, as well as Business Park are easily accessible with the Subway. 14 stops with only one interchange at Serdica Station will take you to Sofia Airport Terminal 2 for approximate time of 60 minutes.Business Park, which is location for some of the biggest companies in Sofia, is approximate 50 minutes 11 stops by subway.City bus and Tram station are just outside the hotel and is great alternative to the subway transportation.The hotel by it self is super modern and brand new small business hotel. With its 53 rooms, all of them equip with safety deposit box, you can easily transfer your office to your room. Each room is equip with spacious working desk, as well as ergonomic working chair with lumbar support.Last generation king size mattresses will provide you with your night rest and make you feel that you are sleeping on a cloud. Meeting room with 40 spaces is at your disposal, if you would like to host you business conference.Morning full breakfast, served in our restaurant, will help you refuel yourself and give you excellent start to your day.24 hour reception as well as mini market are at your disposal on daily basis.Need to print out your boarding pass or scan some kind of important documents, no worries our business corner is available next to reception 247.If you want to entertain yourself and in the same time try your luck, Terminus Slots is your place.
