At first I was excited for the stay because they had a gym, sauna, pool and hot tub and other amenities. But after a couple days it's not as good as I thought it would be, gym was a mess it doesn't seem to get cared of, too many equipment and disorganized. No laundry even though it was listed, lots of reno going on so amenities are closing. Pool area needs to be cleaned more often. A male worker tried barging into our room early am while my family slept and his response was just checking, um that's scary and unprofessional, told front desk and they just said sorry that was it. The only decent thing about this place is the rooms were spacious with a balcony.

We are currently undergoing a refresh of the space, which is why the equipment was displaced and the room wasn't as organized as usual. We are working hard to improve this area, and we appreciate your patience during the renovation process. Additionally, we are also focused on keeping the pool area clean and will ensure it's maintained more regularly. Regarding the laundry service, I apologize for the inconvenience. We are addressing this and will make sure the information is updated moving forward. I'm very sorry to hear about your experience with the staff member attempting to enter your room. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and I will make sure your feedback is addressed with our team to ensure this doesn't happen again. On a positive note, I'm glad you enjoyed the spacious rooms with a balcony, and we truly appreciate your comments.
