We had stayed at this hotel several years ago and were very unimpressed, actually disappointed would be more accurate. With the current upgrades and new staff this hotel was amazing. The only thing I would change is maybe make the pool/ pool bar/ snack bar open a little bit later for those of us who are out at the parks or out on the town late into evening. We only had one issue but it had to do with our neighbors not the hotel. I highly recommended an upper floor tower room, the view is well worth it.
