Our (1st) reservation was completed by a (3) party online book firm once all was done and they emailed my reservations paperwork it was a reservation form "HELL" in other words nothing was correct and when I contacted the agency they tried to charge me more money to cancel and rebook the ordeal at the same AVANTI PALMS in Orlando. I drove from Tampa Fl to Orlando Fl to address my concerns of disapproval of the reservations. The staff at AVANTI PALMS advised me they could no nothing with the (3) party yet they addressed this with Ms H.Vance Winker one of the mangers. When she and I sat down and chatted for 30 minutes all the way lost was restored beautifully with my vacations for my grandkids and family of (12). The reservation the hotel the staff was OUTSTANDDDINGGG and this ole retired Army Disable; Sr. Citizen thank you very much. Outstanding service. God bless. RANGER..

My family and I had a very nice time. We had three separate rooms with two facing the pool and the closeness to the pool with two babies was very convenient. The location is close to everything and right on the Strip. Planning another stay in a couple weeks!
