Property Description
Quest Waterfront is nestled within the hub of Hobart's hospitality and entertainment district. Quest Waterfront offers great value four-star apartments and hotel style accommodation ideal for groups, corporates and leisure travellers. Only metres to Salamanca Place and the infamous Salamanca Markets, Quest Waterfront is only a short stroll to the many tourist attractions, MONA and Bruny Island ferries, museums, restaurants and eateries and a short stroll to Hobart's CBD. Quest Waterfront is the ideal base from which to explore Southern Tasmania.
25% of total booking deposit per room booked is required within 14 days of confirmation of the group booking. Full payment is then required 30 days prior the groups scheduled arrival date. 30 days prior to the groups scheduled arrival date, the balance of all accommodation charges is to be settled unless a credit account has been established. 30 days prior to the groups scheduled arrival date, all rooms not confirmed with names and the balance of account paid, will be released. Settlement of the accommodation accounts is to be by a single entity 30 days prior to the groups scheduled arrival date or in the case pre-approved credit facility being set up, 30 days after departure. This facility shall not be available for first time reservations. The property reserves the right to require a security bond at the time of arrival of the group if it deems it appropriate. The bond will be returned on departure of the group, less any deductions of unpaid incidentals, missing items and/or damage.
30 days prior to the groups scheduled arrival date, a confirmed rooming list must be supplied in writing. All rooms not confirmed at this date will be released.
