Restaurant staff and bar tenders were not friendly. Almost seemed to be bothering them and we were the only ones in there. Musicians took more breaks than actually played. Other than that front desk very helpful and friendly. Allowed us to check in early.

We stayed at the hotel and loved it but it was what happened after we left the hotel that made it even more amazing. A day and a half after checking out we remembered we had left a few thousand dollars of cash in the safe. The front desk attendant expressed the same level of concern I had. He reasssured me they would immediately check with housekeeping and call me back. Within an hour I had received a call that they located it in its entirety and had it in a safe location. This really speaks to the management team for creating such a remarkable team of employees who hold themselves to standards rarely seen or expected anymore. Thank you!
