I come to town once a year and always stay at the Four Points by Sheraton and every time I have an amazing experience. The staff is always so pleasant and the rooms are well kept and very clean. There's always something in the area to do, with the bonus being Dave and Busters and the mall being so close. I will always stay here whenever I come to town, love it!

I did not appreciate the towels they were supposed to be white they were a worn out non fluffy white. I was surprise there wasn't a pool on premises.

After having our flight (9 of us) canceled and rescheduled three days later we were warmly welcomed by Amber. She checked us in quickly and was sympathetic to our situation. The next morning we needed another room and when I went down Amber remembered my name and she and Jeff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We spent a lot of time in your lobby/bar area and Sandy was also very friendly and helpful. One of our coworkers was struggling with a personal issue and Jeff, Amber and Sandy were all willing to listen to him without judgement but with caring. They made us feel like we had been friends for a lifetime. Please let them know how much we appreciated them. Employees like them are priceless. Treat them that way. Thank you.
