Our centrally located, 108-room aparthotel offers a range of stylish and contemporary studio and one-bedroom apartments, which you can enjoy for as short or as long as you like.
At Marseille Centre Vieux Port, you enjoy the comfort and convenience of your own home, alongside the amenities of a hotel. All our apartments boast facilities including fully equipped kitchens (all our studio apartments feature fully equipped kitchenettes) living, dining and work spaces, flatscreen TVs, complimentary highspeed WiFi, fresh towels and bed linen, on-site guest laundry, cleaning, and 24-hour reception.

Green sustainability
Staygreen is our whole new approach to how we address climate change, how we use water, how we avoid pollution, how we make habitat for endangered species, and how we move away from a disposable to a circular economy.
We will rapidly lower the carbon footprint of the buildings we build, along with significantly reducing their carbon footprint as they operate.
We will move to full renewable electric operation including maximising onsite electricity generation.
The three pillars of our ESG strategy are Greenhouse Gas Emissions, Waste Management, and Health & Wellbeing. We considered the UN Sustainable Development Goals throughout the process of developing our strategy, with short, medium and longer term goals, out to 2030.
We take transparency and accountability seriously in measuring and addressing our environmental impact, as evidenced by our completed Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) 2022 submission.
Furthermore our commitment to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) aligns our emissions reduction and net-zero targets with climate science, ensuring that we are actively contributing to a more sustainable future.

Breakfast information
Breakfast will be served in a totebag in room service for free, format between 6.30am and 11 a.m. Should the guest is not available when a team member will be knocking at the door, the totebag will be dropped off at the door. Scheduled time to choose by the client. It consists of 1 pastry, bread, butter, jam, juice, yogurt, hot drink.
Cost : 7€ per person and per day, instead of 11€ public rate per person and per day.

Our team will be happy to help, subject to availability. The cost for bringing your dog is £15/€15 per night for stays of 7-28 nights and £5/€5 per night for stays of 29 nights or more. There is also a once-off deep clean fee of £50/€50. More information can be provided if needed.
