Property Description
We are a unique resort located in the mountains of Southern Utah. We have 32 cabins of different configurations with a total of 69 beds. Each of our cabins were crafted and decorated with the finest details. We are surrounded by Dixie National Forest and enjoy beautiful 360 views year round. Our main meeting space is an octagonal building with 5 glass walls that can be opened to expand events into the outdoors. This structure features a stage, rear projector, professional AV set up, gas fireplace, huge kitchen, and more. The kitchen is fully equipped. Use of all tables (10 round, 30 rectangle), chairs (180 black metal banquet chairs), and linens(black or white table cloths) are included in the cost of reserving the meeting space.Our original 10 luxury cabins surround a man-made lake that is perfect for water play such as, swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, and playing on the sandy beach. Your team can also enjoy the other activities located on site such as, playground, basketball court, horse shoes, corn hole, archery, skeet shooting, and ranch animal interaction.There are 5 community fire pits located around the property.Our campground can accommodate up to 100 individuals. There is an amphitheater, fire pit, indoor bathrooms with showers, covered food prep area, picnic tables, power and water for the use of campers.

There is a hardwood floor stage at one end, a gas fireplace and piano. One wall has a serve through window into the large kitchen that is fully equipped with 2 Thermador gas ranges, 2 deep sinks, 2 refrigerators, commercial pebble ice machine, pots, pans, utensils, serving wear, etc. There are 3 bathrooms.
