We stayed during a busy holiday weekend and the hotel was not staffed well enough. Long wait to check in and then the room wasn't ready. Dirty dishes outside of rooms (from ordering room service). Had to wait for pool towels. All of the pool chairs were taken but not being used. Staff didn't remove old towels from chairs, dishes, etc. Hot tub wasn't clean, lots of dirt at the bottom. Pros: Staff that we interacted with was friendly. Beds and linens were comfortable. Views are nice. Enjoyed the golf course.
