Very disappointed. You need to have rooms that are not built for tall people. At five feet tall could not reach the shower head to adjust shower to my liking. Hated the shower! I reserved my room yet when I checked in had to pay an additional $50, why? I don't travel often, but I will never stay at another Hampton! Terrible!
