We checked into the Marriott on 2/15 and around 8:00 I was showering went to grab the towel and the whole towel rack came ajar lacerating my stomach. This bleed for a long time. Because I was recently on blood thinners so my blood was a little thinner than normal I used everything I could find in the room to stop the bleeding and to clean the blood up from the restroom. After this i.just wanted to lay down so I did I told my.fiance to go and inform the staff of what happened that morning and they demanded for me to come to the front desk. No one ever ask was I okay except one. Ice employee Anna she asked me was I in any pain and was I ok. They never ask if I needed medical attention the general manager went instantly into why I had to pay extra fees for the extra linen I used to clean up. She then went to question what I was telling her and asking for my credit card information. I gave it to her and we went back to the room where I did not use any extra linen that day and checked out that morning.

Other than a broken elevator, this hotel was fine. It's a bit dated, but it was clean and comfortable. The staff was so very friendly and helpful. this is my third stay here and I'd book this hotel again. it's very close to where I needed to be.
