Not knowing I book thru "Travelocity", they told me when I called that there were only two rooms left and I would have not cancelation. I was quoted a price of about $225. My son booked the same room after I told him that there was only one room left, he was not told that he would not be able to cancel and his price was about $175.00. My flight from Chicago to Philly was canceled due to the snow storm on Saturday. I had to miss my grandsons christening. I call the hotel and Travelocity both as soon as I realized that we were not able to get to the hotel. The person at the hotel explained that I had booked thru Travelocity, first time I realized this and that I would need to contact them for a refund or a credit for the fee for the unused room. I them called Travelocity and was told that they would need to contact the hotel and they would call be back that day. I never heard back so I call Sunday night and was told they would call Monday. I called Monday evening after not receiving a call and was put on hold for ten minutes then told to leave a message. I still have not heard back. In addition on Saturday I received a text from my son who was able to get to the hotel telling me that the hotel was disgusting!

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The room was beautiful and clean. We were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area short or long term. We do plan to stay there again whenever we are back in that area.

Since then, our valued guest have demonstrated and expressed their 100% satisfaction of our improvements by continuously utilizing our hotel as their preferred hotel and coming back home to us. When choosing our home like atmosphere hotel, Travelers will receive the following benefits; TRAVELERBENEFITS: ?100% Apartment Style Suites-Non-Smoking Hotel ?All Suites have a Fully equipped kitchenette and a living area with a sleeper sofa?Onsite Coin Operated Laundry Facility (Dry cleaning also available-pricing will apply )?Complimentary Access to the Business Center?Complimentary Wifi?Complimentary Breakfast Daily?PET FRIENDLY: Hotel is pet friendly and allows up to 50 pounds per room.
