Room was dirty. No toilet paper. Roach running across bed. Toilet discolored. Staff rude and confronting. Staff not wearing name badges.

Although we made a reservation several days in advance and had a confirmation #, we were told upon arrival that the Studio 6 had overbooked and our reservation had been cancelled. The desk clerk had no help to offer and we will NEVER book here again!

I specifically asked the woman at the front desk of the rooms were clean before I paid for the room and I was very clear when I said I did not want a room in a smoking area. The room was very dirty. TV had heavy accumulated dust on the back and the room smelled of cigarettes. Also the sheets had yellow stains on them! It is definitely not a place to take your family.
