Dirty, noisy, unable to darken room because the curtains were short and there was a bright light overhead just outside the window (light was turned off at 6:45 a.m. which helped a lot), bugs walked right in because the door didn't close and seal correctly at the bottom. No luggage rack or useful shelf space.

Not enough towels even though assigned to a handicapped room that water comes out of the shower into the bathroom. We did not ask for a handicapped room.. Loud people outside our door.
