The check in procedure done by your employee, Makia ( may not be spelled correctly) was very uncomfortable and unfriendly. Wee had traveled for 12 hours and arrived around 9 PM. She made us feel much less than welcome, did the checkin very curtly and made us feel we were intruding. We had already reserved the room on our way north but went through it again ( we know your policy is different from other motels) but we felt. Like. We were at a police station, scanning WD Checkin made by Makia (may be spelled wrong) was very uncomfortable and unfriendly. Felt like we were being charged with a crime. On the road for 12 hours, quite tired and spent way to much time and effort to check in, already reserved. We would have gone elsewhere but already paid for the room, non refundable. Room was fine and good value. Very convenient. We own a business and would not have an employee like Makia in contact with a customer or client.

Friendly night staff. When one arrives late, tired and ready for sleep, a friendly staff really helps you unwind. Sorry I cant remember the young lady's name 4/13/23.
