Danville is a great city to visit and stay in, lots of history there, good central location to stay at if you are rockhounding like we were, geodes all around Danville, just make sure you have permission if hunting creeks for them, best to be safe and legal at all times. People here are laid back and friendly, they have great first responders in police, fire and ems.
