Adrianna was very helpful on the day we checked out in allowing late departure and arranging cab to pier. Shuttle from airport was not good. It took over an hour to get the shuttle. One had come by earlier but only stopped at the station prior to the “hotel” pick up point. Passed us by which prompted several calls to the hotel. Very disappointing at four ish am due to late arrival of our flight.

I booked a room for four adults prior to our cruise, we had an enjoyable stay the night before our cruise. We ate in the restaurant on site, the food was good, a complimentary drink was provided. The only issue with our room, we booked for four people, yet there was only towels for 3, so pay attention when you first check in so you can get the extra set of towels. The property was very nice, the beds were very comfortable, the rooms were quiet, overall we had a nice stay and will be back for future cruise port stays.
