Room was smoky, I'm allergic so I coughed all night. Walls had dip spit on them, couch had huge disgusting stains on them and there was no cable! Not worth the money, will never stay there again.

"Small Room Desparately Needing Attention."

I wanted to leave a little note about my experience with your hotel. Just to set the tone, I will never stay there again. I cannot believe I actually paid for the room, but being that is was through someone other than the hotel, I guess there was nothing you could do or whatever. We could not even get a receipt on checkout. I thought when we called in, we were talking to someone from your hotel for the booking. Anyway, let me spell out my experience: 1.The guest room we stayed in was more like the size of a closet when compared to most hotel rooms I have stayed in. Very narrow walkway between the bed and wall to get to the bathroom. Not much room for sitting or much of anything else. We slept and left. 2.The shower head in the bathroom was sitting in the tub when my wife walked in. She reconnected it, sort of, it was broken, but it still was usable. 3.Tile from next to the tub was missing 4.The bathroom floor felt like it was crumbling beneath our feet. 5.Toilet paper holder was broken off the wall and parts were sitting on the sink. The toilet paper roll was resting on the part that was still connected to the wall. 6.Bathroom door was actually cracked in half horizontally with the middle hinge pin missing. Guessing the hinge pin was removed to allow the door to somewhat close with force. 7.There was one cart to transport luggage, which could not be found until after carrying everything down. After I spotted it, several employees walked right past it and left it outside. I wasn't about to bring it in either. 8.The hallways smelled of marijuana, strong. Two (security looking people) stood in the front area maybe where the breakfast area normally would have been talking watching doing nothing. 9.The hallway leading to the elevator was sticky like something had been spilled, but sat long enough to dry up. The floor in the elevator was sticky as well. This hotel ranks right up there with the worst places I have heard about, but never stayed in. I have attached some pictures to show what we experienced. Not that anyone in the hotel seemingly cares. I will add the lady at the front desk did ask if we wanted to move rooms when I brought this to her attention, but we were only staying the night and did not feel like carrying our bags to another area of the hotel.

"Very Disappointed"

At first glance, everything looked great. But once we were in our room, things went downhill quickly. I had to re attach the toilet seat before my niece and I could use it after traveling several hours. The walls of the room and bathroom were filthy. There was hair on the bath towels. I found a stinky, half eaten Subway sandwich in the microwave and an empty liquor bottle on the window ledge behind the curtain. The closet light bulb was burned out and the room floor lamp didn't even have a lightbulb! The carpeting in the room was sticky in several areas where as we did not want to walk barefooted. Breakfast was a joke, a 8oz bottle of water, apple and some awful orange, chocolate chip, Greek yogurt muffin packaged in a paper lunch bag. On the positive side, the beds were very comfortable and the room TV was a nice sized Samsung mounted on an adjustable wall mount. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

My king suite was clean, spacious, with a beautiful view. The staff was very helpful and friendly. One of the ladies at the desk, Geneva, was so nice, resourceful and patient. It was my first time in Atlanta and she helped me with getting adjusted to the MARTA system. I needed a hotel room key and she brought one all the way up to the 4th floor. The restaurant was convenient and delicious and a nice place to have a happy hour drink, or two. Will be returning! Thanks Geneva, you are awesome!
