There was no remote control in the room, I requested late checkout and I got a phone call at 1pm saying if I don't leave I will be charged $50 however weekends prior I stayed and checking out at 2pm was Fine. She was very rude again and the time before the room key wouldn't work after she got our room ready.

Rooms are new king bed clean smells Good quiet close to mall and restaurants. Receptionist super nice and polite. Continental breakfast man working there very polite and professional kept all food stocked up. I will be staying here again. Only think now is construction. And no pool or jacuzzi..
