Staff was amazing I was told yo pay for the shuttle to the port I was told it was 10.00 at the hotel they said I didn't reserved an pay they charge me 15 per person, room was clean except the bathroom, restaurant was horrible and under staffed.

I just stay at Hilton properties but a flight cancellation and an inability to rebook forced me into the nearest unoccupied hotel. That was the Clarion and, rather than charging me more than Trivago which had a good deal for last minute, they offered it to me for less. Though we had to wait awhile for the shuttle to appear, we did finally board and arrived to a crowded lobby of fellow stranded travelers. Despite the lateness of the hour and the long queue of grumpy travellers they processed us quickly and gave us a very clean and updated room. If even for a few hours, Clarion provided much needed rest and reduced stress. This will affect future hotel considerations. One criticism: ancient vending machines with limited selection. We had to wrestle with one machine to give up the chips we bought. There are much newer vending machines on the market.

It was not a great stay. The shuttle refuse to return to pick us up after our cruise yet gave another group her card so they can all when they return!

The people at the front desk are very friendly. We also liked the courtesy shuttle to the airport. Although the rooms seem a bit dated it was clean, the air conditioning worked great and there was ample hot water. Really all you can ask for. They didn't have a free breakfast but not a deal breaker.

The Clarion Inn & Suites Miami International Airport is a 274 room full service hotel. We are centrally located in beautiful Miami Springs and adjacent to the Miami Springs Country Golf and Country Club. We are only one mile from Miami International Airport and feature complimentary 24 hour shuttle service to and from the Airport. The Comfort Inn & Suites is only 8 miles from the Port of Miami. Transfers to the Port of Miami are available at a fee. We offer a complimentary deluxe continental breakfast daily which includes a variety of offerings, including hot belgian waffles. Our onsite facilities includes Dockside Cafe and Lounge, Meeting Rooms, Business Center, Game Room, Beauty Salon, Gift Shop, Coin Laundry, and Car Rental. Our guest have pool privileges feet away from our hotel lobby. A great place to relax with the family or come for business.
