"Pool too cold for swimming, no one cared or followed up."

Very disappointed. Took my family of five for a get away for one night. We went specifically for the pool. When we got there, they told us there were no issues with the pool but when we arrived the pool was way too cold to swim (74 degrees). Hot tub broken too. The lifeguard said it's meant to be 80 degrees. Noone could answer our questions about the temperature issues. I asked the front desk to if the manager could call me. Never heard anything. Overall extremely disappointing. Waste of money.

Inn has colonial charm with contemporary amenities, including full service Beach Plum Spa, indoor theme pool with water slide, Gift Shop and Hearth 'n Kettle Restaurant, tavern and room service.
