It bestows a full size bed and a small room. The opener does not give a welcome drink ( carbonated water ). But the manager asked the opener to the lobby and the restaurant refused, they were unkind. The breakfast was 10$ there is no difference between it and the quality of the other breakfast from hotels with free meals, buffet breakfast and the staff required tips.

Dear Eunice,Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We're sorry to hear that you faced some issues during your visit. I was advised on how you ended up in a double bedded room as you had originally requested it, but later booked the 2nd guest in their own room instead. We had availability for a room with 1 queen/king bed, but we could not assume you no longer needed the double bedded room. We would have happily moved you to a preferred room type to make you more comfortable if you had advised that you had an issue with it while on-site. We also provided you with a welcome amenity upon your arrival, but I understand you had a hard time obtaining a opener. That should not have been an issue, and we apologize for that. We have already addressed that situation. We're not certain what you mean about the breakfast being an additional charge. It was included in your group rate and you received vouchers to utilize it on a complimentary basis. Would you be able to share more details on that in addition to the tip? Tips are not required and is at your discretion. Thanks again for your time and we hope you give us another try to make it up to you next time.

This hotel is very good for the price, only complaints would be the neighborhood wasn't very good and I had to switch rooms at the last minute and they put me in a handicap accessible room without asking if that was okay. The shower in this room flooded the entire bathroom every time I used it and I ended up having to mop up water with towels just to be able to use the toilet. Pool area was great and the staff is great!

"We Loved The Hotel Fullerton!"

This is the best hotel experience I've ever had. Yogini Geria, Director of Sales and her staff including Mr. Dan Cano in Sales, Bret the Hotel Manager, ladies at the front desk and the housekeepers, were amazing!. Especially the housekeepers! This place is immaculate. The sheets smell clean and fresh. The rooms are all decorated nicely. This place makes you feel welcomed. This was our first visit. We were here to visit Disneyland and Cal State Fullerton with students from Harney Middle School in Las Vegas, NV. We will definitely be coming back. Way to go!

Overall, very good. It was a little noisy on the front side but did not prevent me from getting to sleep. Staff very friendly. Room spacious, clean and comfortable. I will stay again next time I come here.
