This reborn Hunter Valley institution embraces a classic yet contemporary design, drawing inspiration from the natural colour palette of the surrounding landscape.

The 45 thoughtfully appointed rooms and stand-alone four bedroom cottage feature a neutral palette of timber and stone, interwoven by rich ink tones and subtle accents inspired by the natural colours of the Hunter Valley. Rooms are situated within three wings - Hunter, Valley and Garden - each with a guest lounge. Ground floor rooms open onto a terrace, while the first floor rooms provide elevated views of the property and bushland.
Originally the meeting place for local wine makers, Spicers pays homage to this history preserving the welcoming spirit of the original Guest House, making it the ideal location to discover new ideas. Perfect for medium-sized events, the retreat offers a variety of spaces featuring an abundance of natural light.
