This is on our activity list and entails the planting of a tree in the local village - guests are given a complimentary T shirt “I planted a tree in Africa at Karongwe” Vegetable project: Our little paws children program also includes a children’s activity that involves the planting of vegetables - the garden is cared for by the lodge and the vegetables are taken to the local community drop in centre for vulnerable children. The idea behind this is “one child feeds another “, and we believe creates awareness across cultures of caring and also growing organic natural foods.
