The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The staff was working solo but she assured all of our needs were met to the best of her abilities. She went above and beyond to accommodate our travel basketball team. No request was too much or too little. Rooms were great size and clean.

Disappointed with service at the front desk. Unable to assist with the booking made. My confirmation stated two King size beds in a two bedroom suite. I received one room with two Queen size beds to accommodate four adults. The elevator went out on Saturday and as of Sunday when we checked out, it still was not working. I was definitely disappointed. Dissatisfied patron.

Every time another guest flushed a toilet we heard it. There was a small explosive sound of pipes knocking followed by a gush of water under pressure. BUSH LEAGUE. What a cheap building. Doors, not slammed but merely closed, echoed like thunder. NOISEA.

No towels available the first night back into the room. Gorki at front desk had to go take them out of rooms that were rented. Loud noises in hall, slamming doors, loud music till 4am. Marijuana strong smell in hallway. Rooms very musty smelling upon entering for first time. No bath mat whole time we were there. Lobby area hot and humid.

We booked this hotel while on the road, once we realized that we would have to stop way short of this location I called back to cancel the reservation. The time between making the reservation and calling to cancel was less than two hours, we did not get any refund at all, not even a portion. This is completely absurd. I will never stay in a Holiday Inn again and I will tell everyone I know not to stay in one.
