The property is a little dated and needs some updates. The people are nice and the location is peaceful. The flip side of that is there are no restaurants, shops, etc. nearby. We'll likely stay there again.

The Comfort Inn & Suites® hotel is conveniently located off Interstate 81, 1 mile from the New River Valley Medical Center. This Christiansburg, VA hotel is close to Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech, (15 mi), New River Community College (11 mi) and Radford University (2 mi), Christiansburg Aquatic Center (7 mi). The New River Valley Airport is 13 miles away.
Additional local points of interest include Radford's Glencoe Museum, Montgomery Museum and Lewis Miller Regional Art Center, the Virginia Museum of Natural History and the Cassell Coliseum multi-purpose arena (VT campus). Radford and Christiansburg are home to some of the nicest parks in the region, including Bissett Park bordering the New River.
