The room was clean but smelled of cigarette smoke. Grass needed cutting desperately. At the end was not a bad stay just need a little work.

"Poor condition, dirty, bugs in room."

Stayed 6/6/24 for five minutes. Upon entering room, not only were there dozens of moths, there were bugs crawling on the wall by bed and the room smelled musty. Took pictures of the bugs and moths, shared with front desk and asked for refund, denied repeatedly. Owner denied, front desk denied, GM denied. Still trying to obtain a refund, submitted pictures of the room, the condition of the outside of the property, as well as the fraudulent nice pictures presented on line to Health Department, booking agency and social media. Do not stay here. We went to another Wyndham property a few blocks away and had a completely different experience clean and professional.
