"Where not to stay."

Repeatedly told agent I needed a handicap room, did not notice but reservation said nothing about handicap. Desk clerk was totally inept and incompetent and checking took 45 minutes, asked clerk about handicap room and she said she would take care of it. Room was still not handicap. Beds were serviceable, but; useless in a room that was lit up like daylight with a heater that made as much racket as a house full of kids. Toilet was too low for older patrons or the handicapped patrons. Room was in deplorable repair, especially in the bath. Stained tile grout, cracked and chipped door on bath, tub that was painted instead of replaced in last rodel had peeling paint. Cleanliness was also an issue, floor was not good, whiskers in sink and something in the drain, hair rings complete with hair having on inside bath door know, peeling paint on soap dish, hand prints on window, smudges and dirt everywhere on walls, ink stain in tub and on shower curtain, mildew spot on bath door frame at upper hinge, stained and poorly polished bath fixtures, dirt in tub, peeling paint on bath walls, dirty doors on refrigerator and microwave, trash stuck to bottom of trashcan. I am totally unimpressed with institution's stealing pennies from patrons with inferior grade toilet paper. Light switch for bedside lights not accessible from bed. Had to drag bed away from wall to access electrical outlet for phone charger and CPAP. No table or desk in room. Loose trash in dresser drawers including dead baby roach.
