Not very clean. Made us weary of cleanliness of beds. Staff at registeration were nice. Coffee gnasty, couldn't drink it. Really needs an upgrade in bathroom, Tarnished lab fixtures. Water comes out of faucet sideways. Bathroom floors not swept in corners and sides of floor. Out of having two rooms given to us because of unclean, it was clear the cleaning staff is questionable. Needless to say, I will not stay at your hotel again.

I was not satisfied at all with my stay this time at the Microtel. The room had something on top of the bed which looked like bugs. Bathroom light didn't work properly. Fire alarms went off twice thru the night. No one knew why.
