"Not what I expected from a top hotel."

The toilet paper had not been stocked. The coffee machine in my room did not work. The noise above my room was horrible. Kids running and jumping until after 10:00pm. The staff kept insisting that I booked online through a third party, I did not. I called a local number and paid over the phone with my card. I did not use Expedia or any other online booking service. Because of this, they insisted that they could not give me my military discount. Horrible experience. Will not stay there again and I will be coming back to this town on a regular basis. Very disappointed for the price I paid.
