TVs didn't work first night (staff member corrected next afternoon) and no channel information provided in room which, when staff provided when correcting TV problem, we saw other information which would have been helpful on it, no chairs in either area (except for table and straight chairs downstairs), no housekeeping without fee (we asked for extra towels and they were provided), no full length mirror anywhere. As we were leaving, no staff members were at front desk so housekeeping staff was providing assistance to guests.
