The America's Best Value Inn is an older hotel in a side street with great walking distance to Clifton Hill and the falls. The five story tower building has been recently remodeled and even offers balconies.The rooms are spacious and all have new comforters. Some have fireplace, heart shape Jacuzzi and fridge. The rooms are clean and some bathrooms offer jet tub. The property offers an indoor and outdoor pool and a picnic area. Rates include breakfast and free parking for buses. This property is great for families and groups on a budget.

You'll also have easy access to Skylon Tower overlooking the Falls as well as the fun-packed promenade of Clifton Hill. While staying at our inviting hotel, you'll appreciate amenities like free breakfast and WiFi, in addition to comfortable rooms with balconies. Off ON-420 near the Niagara River, we're 43 kilometers from Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF).
