Initially Front desk was not able to pull paid reservation made 5/7/2025 for one night stay fo 6/14/2025. It was eventually located after 30 minute wait…. Even when I showed confirmation email and proof of payment….. so frustrating ….. but I must say front Desk was great in handling the best they could.

Absolutely gorgeous Hotel, the entire staff was great, the restaurant staff and food was outstanding and the airport shuttle driver on 6/3 in the afternoon was super cool. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Phoenix.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport. We we pleased with the Front desk and shuttle staff. Pleasant and helpful and we arranged to leave our car on site while away. At check in on both stays we were advised of the amenities available onuding breakfast. We unfortunately were not advised of the additional charge of $23.00/person for breakfast at check in. A heads up at checkin would have been appreciated.
