Welcome to the Courtyard and Residence Inn by Marriott® Hotel Austin Downtown. We are the first ever with Marriott to have two hotels under one roof. Our hotel is a Residence Inn as well as a Courtyard. Our prime location in downtown Austin, provides guests easy walking access to the Lady Bird Lake, business district and 6th Street and is convenient to the University of Texas, State Capitol and other downtown attractions. Dining options include Champions Restaurant & Sports Bar, which serves lunch and dinner, a street level Starbucks®, and a 24 hour market. Our 6,600 square feet of flexible, contemporary meeting space includes seven meeting rooms. Our guest rooms feature Marriott's stylish new design, plush bed packages and complimentary wired and wireless internet technology in each room. Spacious room that combines comfort and functionality, including high-speed Internet access. Large desk with conveniently placed lighting and outlets and an ergonomic chair for comfort. Complimentary Coffee and Tea in each room. Residence Inn rooms offer an all suite apartment-style experience with full kitchens in all suites.
