"Not Accessible to Persons with Disabilities."

This Hotel was not friendly to persons with disabilities. We stayed in an accessable room but the door to the hallway where the room was had to be pushed open and then pull the wheelchair through so we could get access to the room. Additionally, the room didn't have soap for hand washing, so I had to go to the front desk to get some. We also wanted to change the temperature in the room, but I wasn't able to change the thermostat. Overall, the looks of the hotel were good, but once you get to the room, you were on your own. Very disappointing for a Hyatt Hotel.

We spent three days at Hyatt House for a weekend of family festivities. Our room was handicapped accessible and spacious even beyond the expected extra space for mobility assists. Bed, couch and bedding were relaxing and comfy. Breakfasts were tantalizing, offered by friendly, efficient staff. The lobby is super spacious. Everything is immaculate.

Beautiful hotel. My only issue was with parking. You pay $15 for access to parking deck and, if the small one attached to the hotel is full, you have to park across the street with no pedestrian crosswalk. A bit unnerving, especially if you are a female, you are traveling alone and it is after dark.
