It's not a good experience for me, my daughter wants to enjoy in pool but pool was not opened and they didn't mentioned on site, we booked two queen beds room very congested room, bathroom was too too small when you opened the door of bathroom its tough to stand their. Not happy with stay even room and lobby had some smell.

Beds were horrible. Couldn't even turn over without making noise. Toilet ran every time it was used. Not a good experience at all. Left Early because we could not sleep in those beds. For what we paid, I would never stay again. I never leave ratings/reviews but felt compelled to do so this time.

I've always have had great reviews for Country Inns. It saddens me that this location was the exception. Out of five nights our room was only made up once. We generally never left the room until 10:30 am and would return at 10:30 pm. The first night we returned the room was not made up. We contacted the front desk for fresh towels. We informed the desk clerk that our room had not been made up when I picked up the fresh towels. I was assured that our room would be made up from then on. We would make a point to tell the cleaning staff when we left the room that they could make up the room. Out of the five night we were there the room was made up once. That time there was a note left behind that towels were going to be delivered later, they were NOT. Five nights and we had to go to the front desk to pick up fresh towels and toiletries. Four of the five night our room was not cleaned. On check out we attempted to talk to the manager, we were told she was unavailable. We left our email address so she could contact us, she never did. It appears that the management has set the standard for poor customer service. This is one Country Inn I do not plan on staying at again.

Very impressive room accommodation. The hotel staff was very helpful and didn't waste any time getting me checked in. The room service was great and the room itself was clean and comfortable. Had a great stay and really hate to check out. Enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again.

My wife, myself and another couple stayed here for two days while attending the US Open Golf Tournament. What a great stay. Clean rooms, great breakfast and by far the friendliest service I've ever experienced at a hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel!
