I left my iPad in my hotel room when I departed last Sunday. A housekeeping staff turned it in. Since I lived a long way from the Oakville Centre, I asked if the iPad could be shipped to me. Kathleen Reynolds the HR Mgr in AR personally took the iPad to the post office and mailed it. I am so appreciative of the quick and excellent customer service at the hotel the whole time I was there and even afterwards. I would gladly stay again next time in town. Thank you Marlaine Fetzer.

Every time we needed to know something or to change something the staff would go the extra mile. They would always smile and greet you. The facilities were good. We had our two dogs with us and our room was in the ground floor so it was easy in and out.
