Property Description

Sanctuary of the Swan is an ECO Short Term & Extended Stay Micro Nature Reserve located in Birdsboro, PA with 3 WHOLE HOME Accommodations to choose from. We have 2 dog friendly Extended Stay Apartments and One private, stand alone Cabin which is a carriage house, all one bedroom with one to two beds, and the capacity 3-4. Our total capacity is 11. We are a small, private little or "micro" nature reserve with a balanced ECO system of creed, wetlands, pond, woods & oxygen field with white mute swans, 3 foot Koi & wildlife. We offer our Guests FREE guided tours or experiences weekly feeding our swans & koi. Please let me say again, that we are DOG FRIENDLY. But, what we do with this absolutely unique. We love dogs & their owners. SO, we clean & remove dander, for about 8 hours prior to and after a dog check in. The dog cleaning fee is presently only $100. QUESTION: How long would it take to remove every single piece of hair from every thing you own in an entire apartment including bedding, comforters, sheets, etc? Now, the Unique part, WE DOG PROOF! You never want dog owners to worry about damage, so we cover all the leather furniture & your bed. We even remove carpets prior to a dog-gone stay so that we are able to remove dander. Romantic & Historic Themed Apartments & Cottage. Covid-19: All accommodations are SANITIZED & CLEANED FOR 6+ HRS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. NO ONE CARES MORE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY. We are an Aparthotel. Each accommodation is MOVE IN READY with an entire appointed kitchen, living room with leather furniture, and office or large work space & full private bath.Only one mile from shopping and easy highway access. Drive in the opposite direction to see rolling hills of Berks County farm country and even a covered bridge.

Green Sustainability

We are an ECO Nature Reserve. Guests may not leave utilities or appliances running. We use only recycled products, no plastics & trash bags made from corn. Both of our apartments have no VOC's. All appliances are energy star and lighting is all energy efficient.
