My family and I enjoyed our brief stay and would definitely stay here again. It's located in a good location very close to the airport. The room was clean and spacious enough for our family of four. The continental breakfast very well done especially those cinnamon rolls! Most of all what made our stay the best was the pleasant and helpful staff. I would like to give a special Thanks to Dulce who was there when we checked in. She was very pleasant and great at explaining everything. She offered us the choice of upstairs or first floor which was nice. Then she helped recommend a nice shopping mall and helped me install/use the Uber App. This was my first time as I live in Japan. Next I would like to thank Mathew who was there when we checked out the next morning. He had a very positive attitude especially for so early in the morning and made the check out process seem like there was nothing to it. Finally, I would like to thank Kevin who drove us to the airport. He's very dedicated to ensuring guests get to their destinations without any hassle and I surprised how knowledgeable he was at exactly which terminals everyone needed to be dropped off at and explaining to us all where to go once we got inside. Awesome staff and nice place to stay. Thank you for making the final day of our trip great!
