I was disappointed with the room and the basic cleanliness. The first room that I was assigned had not even been cleared I arrived at 6:30 pm. (The clerk, however, was very polite and helpful and assigned me another room.) The breakfast was not good, even for a "continental" breakfast and started late. I would not stay there again for the price I paid. It was quiet and I did feel secure.

I felt sorry for her. She had to deal with customers who were both on the phone and waiting in line. The wait was long. If there were more people there, it would make everybody happy. Also, the room smelled like scented air freshener. Made me want to puke.

By mistakeI made reservations through a central reservations site that said it was the central Marriott reservations site. They lied but this we not the fault of the hotel however the site manager refused to give me points fo the stay. I am a loyal Marriott Rewards member and to not have the site manager wave the hold on points I felt was petty and unnecessary. If there is any way you can get me point credit for the two night stay it would be greatly appreciated.

Our newly remodeled guest rooms come complete with a refrigerator, microwave, 32''/37” LCD TV, full size ironing board with iron, and hair dryers right in the vanity. Relish in a restful slumber on our luxurious, plush Jamison brand mattresses along with Marriott's new cotton-rich linen. Enjoy our complimentary shuttle to and from the airport as well as our complimentary continental breakfast.
