Our stunning 90 room hotel is conveniently located just off exit 25 on I-86 with walkable access to quaint Downtown Olean and only minutes from renowned St. Bonaventure University campus. Complimenting our hotels ideal location, guests should expect not only Hilton's top-notch hotel amenities, but also our famous Hamptonality guest service that will enhance the most memorable experience for your event. We know your time & energy is important when planning an event, which is why we make the event accommodation reservation process as simple as possible!Looking to book a group block of rooms for an event? All we need is the event name, type of event, date(s), number of rooms you want to reserve, & room type(s). As a thank you perk, a unique event booking link & code will be created for you to provide to your guests. Upon check-in, your guests will find that they will receive access to our top-notch amenities such as free guest WiFi, complimentary HOT buffet breakfast, business center, state-of-the-art fitness room, heated indoor pool, free parking, and patio lounge. Our meeting and event guests can expect the option of creating two private spaces with our 460 sqft Allegany Meeting Room and 667 sqft Cattaragus Meeting Room or take advantage of our retractable, built in wall dividers to create our Bonaventure Meeting room which boasts 1200 sqft of multi-functional space! Select and create our largest space, Bonaventure Meeting Room which comfortably accommodates seating for up to 40 persons then complete the meeting space configuration with our suggested table and chair layout options; traditional boardroom style, classic classroom rows, or socially distance with a U shape setup. To enhance any room configuration and seating layout, we designed built-in buffet space to accommodate any meeting or event catering needs. Although meeting or event catering is not a complimentary hotel amenity, we created and include at no cost, our "Local Eats" brochure which lists all our favorite catering and group friendly restaurant recommendations. We understand that some meetings and events might require more than basic assistance from the hotel staff which is why we are willing to extend special consideration for non-complimentary requests that may be subject to additional fees.
