I had to stay for my out of town trip the hotel that I had booked with had overbooked and could not keep me there had set me up with this hotel I was grateful that they let me keep my small dog. they tried to give me a room that the door was kicked in. people were smoking inside the hallways and the people directly across the room for me were arguing most the night horrible Place Management could do a lot better with this.

We booked a room on the first floor handicap assessable. when we got there at three PM there were no rooms on the first floor. Also the room didnt look like it had been vaccummed in a while.

The employees at this hotel could not have been more polite or helpful. Our rooms were clean, the overall hotel was not. There were holes in the outside doors, the hallway carpet was not clean and the stairs were filthy.

Entire room was outdated with stains and rips along all of the furniture. There was a ?new? bath towel with brown spots all over it when we checked in. Unknown splatter of red markings on the ceiling in the bathroom. Desk chair was ripped all over and the pillows were incredibly small.

Had reservation for single king bed room. Wasnt available due to sick housekeeper. Room was nasty. Had remnants of poop in toilet, soap scum and mold in the tub, trash in bathroom trash can. Found an end cap for aneedle by one of the beds, trash and dirt behind chair and lights unplugged or not working. My wife spent 8 years as a hotel housekeeper/ desk clerk and manager. She was appakked by the condition of the room. We will never stay here again nor will we recommend this hotel to anyone. In fact we will tell everyone to stay away. Also a three floor hotel and no ice machine on floors two and three and not hooked up or working on lobby floor. Could not find anyone at front desk after check in.????????????.

Key card machine not working. After being escorted to our room, we find there are no sheets on the beds. Get another room. Even though the hotel is labeled smoke free, the entire place reeks of marijuana. Every interaction with the girl at the front desk finds her wrapped in a baby blanket complaining about how tired she is. I would not recommend this place.
