Overall this hotel is extremely run down and in need of major repair/ renovation. I think Best Western is trying to take over. Staff members were polite and a little helpful. My room could have been a lot cleaner, especially the bathroom. I found dark hairs in the tub,and spots on the floor. one mattress had blood stains, so, I used the other bed which was very comfortable. Shower curtain was ripped in several places and metal rod was coming out of the wall! Air conditioning works okay but could have been updated. No bed bugs, thankfully! Cleaning staff did not wear masks. Most of the guests did not wear masks. Elevator was extremely filthy and in need of upgrading. Grounds are not kept up and there is no place to sit and relax outside. It was a bit depressing, but comfortable for the limited time I spent indoors. I don't think I could go there again, though. Wish I could give this place a better review, but I feel I should be honest.
