The young man on front desk duty at 1:00am on 2/21 went above and beyond what I would expect are his normal responsibilities and at the very least, I hope that finds it's way into his employee file. Realistically, given the speed and efficiency with which he handled my situation, I'd suspect that he operates in the same manner as a regular behavior; give that guy a raise. Also, kudos to the shuttle driver who was kind enough to pass through the adjacent Wendy's so that I could get a burger as I had not eaten in about 12 hours.

We had a great experience with this Fairfield Inn regarding a recent stay. We booked a room to stay before a cruise and park for 10 days while cruising. The hotel met all our expectations. The room was ready and comfortable. Breakfast was provided. We parked in a secure lot behind the inn. We paid for transportation to the port and our return to the hotel. An independent vendor in the lobby provided this service. They were there the minute we got off the ship and transported us back to the Fairfield Inn where we found our car in mint condition. I will definitely take advantage of this arrangement on a future cruises.
